Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adverbless Recipes (the "Site"), operated by ADVERCOM, LLC. By creating an account, subscribing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Memberships and Subscription Billing
Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $7.99 per month or an annual plan at $79.99 per year. New members begin with a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
Auto-Renewal
In plain language: after your free trial ends, your membership automatically renews and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Each renewal is at the then-current price for your plan. We will tell you in advance of any price change.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time from your Account page, or by emailing info@adverbless.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Trial cancellations made before the trial ends avoid any charge.
Purchases from the Kitchen Store
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by pricing or availability mistakes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our recipes or content; not to share your account credentials; and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the Site.
Intellectual Property
All recipes, text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to ADVERCOM, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own household use only.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Florida.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this carefully, as it affects your rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADVERCOM, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. See also our Disclaimer.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
