30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Memberships

Every membership starts with a 30-day free trial, so you are never charged before you have had a full month to explore the library. If you are billed and remain unhappy, request a refund within 30 days of the charge and we will refund your most recent membership payment in full.

Kitchen Store Orders

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email info@adverbless.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method.

Return Window

The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery for store items, and 30 days from the date of charge for memberships. Requests made after these windows may not be eligible.

Exceptions

  • Perishable goods (such as pantry foods, oils, and spices) cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Digital downloads and printable content are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
